  • We are always looking for suppliers which offer quality services at a lesser cost to the community.
  • We continuously check all the subsidies offered by the different administrations. If the community can apply for any subsidy, we carry out all the necessary procedures to achieve this and in this way reduce costs for owners.
  • We analyze different ways of financing works which allow for meeting relevant costs.
  • In the event of non-regular works or expenses which have to be approved by an owners’ meeting, we always present several quotes from different suppliers. They are always duly broken down and easily comparable.
  • Usually the saving on costs which we can achieve for a new community exceeds our commission as administrators.

Continuous check on and improvement in the quality of the service
  • A team of specialists periodically checks on the service provided by the suppliers in each community to ensure the quality level.
  • We periodically assess owners’ satisfaction with the suppliers and we actively work to improve the results.
  • We put at your disposal a suggestions and complaints service which the Gesturbansur management deals with personally to ensure the quality of our services.
  • The minutes of owners’ meetings are included in the official minutes book endorsed by the corresponding property registry to ensure its legal validity. All owners receive a copy of the minutes following the meeting.
  • We periodically visit your community, checking it is functioning well.
  • We continuously update ourselves on legal and management matters in order to improve the service to our clients and to ensure legal compliance. For example, we were the pioneers in offering services associated with the Data Protection Organic Law (LOPD) and the Workplace Risks Prevention Law.
  • We have a public liability insurance policy which covers our activities as administrators.

Clear, simple and up-to-date information on the state of your community
  • We send a statement with the payments received and payments made in the name of the community, easily understood by all owners.
  • We annually present a report with the closure of the annual accounts and the budget for the future financial year, broken down by owner. The information is presented in a clear, simple and detailed way.
  • The president and the members of the governing bodies of the community have at their disposition, at all times, detailed information on the situation of the finances, of works and of suppliers.
  • We provide the necessary information, analysis consultation so that owners’ meetings can take the correct decisions in minimum time.
